Scientists call this the 500 Dalton Rule.

If a molecule is bigger than about 500 Daltons, it can’t slip through the barrier. That means many “powerful” ingredients never reach where they’re needed.

Take exosomes and hyaluronic acid, for example. Exosomes can range from hundreds of thousands to millions of Daltons, while even the smallest hyaluronic acid molecules start well above 10,000 Daltons. Both are far too large to penetrate the skin’s 500 Dalton limit. Without an advanced delivery system, they stay on the surface—creating instant hydration or glow, but offering little real action below.

Active Ingredients

Active Ingredients

Every ingredient was chosen for its direct role in acne treatment:

Encapsulated Retinaldehyde (Advanced Retinoid)
- Stimulates cell turnover and collagen synthesis, unclogging pores and smoothing acne scars
- Nano-encapsulation ensures stable delivery and gradual release of this vitamin A derivative, maximizing efficacy while minimizing irritation
- Provides potent anti-acne and anti-aging effects with a significantly lower irritation risk compared to prescription retinoids

Bioactive Antimicrobial Peptide (Oligopeptide-10)
- Synthetic 15-amino acid peptide that selectively targets and kills acne-causing bacteria (C. acnes) to reduce breakouts
- Offers a targeted treatment that minimizes the risk of bacterial resistance, unlike traditional antibiotics
- Complements conventional actives (like salicylic acid) for enhanced acne control with low irritation

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)
- Anti-inflammatory vitamin B3 derivative that calms redness and helps normalize excess oil production
- 4% niacinamide has demonstrated acne-clearing efficacy comparable to 1% clindamycin antibiotic gel in clinical trials
- Strengthens the skin barrier and fades post-acne hyperpigmentation, improving overall texture and tone in adult skin
