Scientists call this the 500 Dalton Rule.

If a molecule is bigger than about 500 Daltons, it can’t slip through the barrier. That means many “powerful” ingredients never reach where they’re needed.

Take exosomes and hyaluronic acid, for example. Exosomes can range from hundreds of thousands to millions of Daltons, while even the smallest hyaluronic acid molecules start well above 10,000 Daltons. Both are far too large to penetrate the skin’s 500 Dalton limit. Without an advanced delivery system, they stay on the surface—creating instant hydration or glow, but offering little real action below.

Every ingredient was chosen for its direct role in wrinkle repair:

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide)
- DNA-derived repair molecule extracted from salmon.
